Our Story
Saransh and Shreyas often heard classmates say they wanted to “go into business". Unfortunately, since that’s such a broad term, many didn’t know where to start. To help, they launched this podcast featuring guests from various areas of business who share honest, practical advice. Over time, the focus has expanded beyond entrepreneurship to include wider career trajectory.

FormuLATTE empowers students to explore career possibilities through authentic, student-led conversations with professionals across industries. By showcasing diverse journeys and practical insights, we hope that teenagers such as ourselves can find meaningful direction and build confidence in their own ambitions. Our goal is to create a platform helping students shape their future with intention.

Shreyas Mishra
Co-Founder / Co-Host
Shreyas brings energy and clear direction to every conversation; leading while keeping things authentic and engaging. He helps create and manage new ideas for the FormuLATTE image, and makes sure each episode stays focused and important to the target audience. His dynamic voice is a perfect example of the show's blend of insight and spontaneity.
Saransh Malhotra
Co-Founder / Co-Host
Saransh leads interviews, plans episodes, and coordinates with guests before and after recordings. He builds the episode structure with detailed talking points, while also keeping the team organized and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. His leadership keeps the podcast running seamlessly.
Surya Raj
Video Editor / Creative Co-Lead
Surya edits full video episodes and designs the graphics, visuals, and logos that define FormuLATTE’s identity. He helps elevate the brand creatively and keeps content consistent across platforms. He plays a key role in unifying the team's efforts into a cohesive experience.
Neil Joshi
Audio Engineer / Creative Co-Lead
Neil carefully cleans up and polishes all the raw audio recordings with advanced software. Furthermore, he manages episode uploads across various platforms. He ensures top-quality sound and smooth production flow. Beyond simply editing, Neil contributes to long-term strategy, always seeking innovative ways to expand the podcast.
Neev Chilkuri
Neev creates compelling short-form clips and leads social media across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. He creates content that genuinely resonates with the audience and consistency explores ways to branch out across different media platforms, aligning with the podcast's unique mission.
